Sixes & Sevens

Nottingham based artist group Sixes & Sevens exist as an umbrella organisation supporting a number of artists committed to hosting diverse art events and collaborations throughout Nottingham and the East Midlands. Artists work with painting, moving image, live art, installation, interventions and sculptural forms.

1. Sixes & Sevens are a group of practicing artists from across the UK, based in Nottingham.

2. Sixes & Sevens choose not to have a permanent space but to use diverse spaces throughout Nottingham, the Midlands and the UK in order to reach a broader audience.

3. Sixes & Sevens exist to host diverse art events, interventions and collaborations.

4. Sixes & Sevens act to further each other’s practices whilst maintaining a collective character.

5. Sixes & Sevens invite new artists to show within Nottingham and are commited to working with other artists groups and organisations throughout the UK.
