The Cutting Room

The Cutting Room  co-curated by Jennifer Ross and Clare Harris, 2010 graduates from Nottingham Trent University.  With individual successes throughout their academic careers, it was a natural cohesion. Both individuals have a strong working interest in the field of moving image and are keen to look beyond the everyday conventions with the 'possibility of communicating more authentically' Although their interests run parallel, Harris and Ross maintain different perspectives, which they hope ensure a freshness in the shows they curate. 

Since graduating The Cutting Room were invited by Nottingham Playhouse to respond to their shows and activities within the city and to curate a series of new media events in a three month program as their Digital Media Interns at the end of 2010.
