Nottingham Visual Arts is pleased to announce the opening of Prussian Projekte, a new exhibition space that focuses on showing video and film work from emerging and established artists. Prussian Projekte launches its exhibitions programme with a solo show by U.K based artist Darren Banks presenting “It’s Not the End of the World”, a collection of video works. The show opens on Friday 9th October, 6-9pm, and running over the weekend of 10-11th October 11-3pm. 

Prussian Projekte is the first gallery established for moving image and video work in Nottingham. Alongside its exhibition programme Prussian Projekte will be showing new films from independent filmmakers. Launching the programme of independent films, is a screening of 'Colin' on Friday 13th November, a feature length Zombie film made on a budget of £45, which has recently received international attention after a premier screening at this years Cannes Film festival.
