Documents
NVA recommends you 'tune-in' to Susan Finlay's radio series 'Documents' on Resonance FM. (104.4FM, http://resonancefm.com/)
The programme consists of five conversations between the artist and an invited guest, each of which takes, as it's starting point, a selection of images relating to a different theme - half of which will have been chosen by the guest, and half by the presenter.
Dates, times, themes and guests are as follows:
1700: 17/02/2010: The Fall with the poet and playwright Clare Pollard
1700: 24/02/2010: Psychopomps and Necromancers with the painter Mimei Thompson
1700: 3/03/2010: As Long as Women Will Exist with the philosopher Nina Power
1700: 10/03/2010: Fashionism with the architect Fiona Scott
1700: 17/03/2010:Doubles with the photography historian Patrizia diBello
The transcripts of these discussions, together with the previously 'unseen' images, will provide the basis for five fanzines, also called Documents, and which will be available from Donlon Books in London. http://www.donlonbooks.co.uk/
